Returns and Refunds
As far as returns and refunds are concerned, at the end of the day, we will give you a FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT COST AND THE RETURN SHIPPING COST - AS LONG AS THE PRODUCT IS UNUSED AND IT HAS NOT BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE YOU'VE RECEIVED IT - FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT QUESTIONS! :) IF IT HAS BEEN USED, YOU MAY STILL BE ABLE TO GET A REFUND - for that see below...
In addition, and to keep returns to a minimum, and for shoes especially, please be sure to follow the measurement instructions exactly as they are written no matter which method you use to choose the right size shoe - we recommend using both (measuring the foot length and insole size) if possible. Again, sizing information and information about how to measure your feet is always provided in each shoe's image gallery as one of the images, and, we have our 100% guaranteed method.
Beyond that, if you are not sure about something, you can always write to us and we will help you out!
Outside of that, however, in cases where the item has been used, we still do offer replacements and refunds per the following policy:
1. If an item breaks or falls apart within one month of you receiving it, you have used it in a reasonable manner and it is the case that the workmanship was bad, you can get a free replacement. If it is has been more than one month, it cannot be replaced.
2. If the item is only slightly damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, within one month of receiving it, you can get some compensation (which by the way goes beyond any sale discount - i.e. you get the compensation even if something's on sale) and you get to keep the item. Here we are flexible and we will handle this on a case by case basis. We will work with you, the customer and our supplier for the particular item to reach some agreement that will be, we hope, fair.
